The park and parking area must be left in the same or similar condition as when you began your event. ACDA/EasyPark will inspect the lot immediately following the event and communicate any damages that need to be rectified. If any additional costs are incurred by ACDA/EasyPark to repair or restore the lot to its previous condition ACDA/EasyPark will invoice the renter of thus lot for the costs incurred for repair(s). Renter is responsible for all Municipal and ROW permitting, licensing, insurance and clean up. EasyPark shall not be liable for any damage or injury to Renter, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the premises or any part thereof, and Renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold EasyPark harmless from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense, including attorney’s fees, for personal injury or property damage arising out of Renter’s occupancy of the designated space. A disclaimer should be added to all contracts noting this policy. By virtue of signature, the company representative verifies having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the contract.
