RFP for Janitorial Services

The Anchorage Community Development Authority (ACDA) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Janitorial Services at five (5) locations in Anchorage, Alaska. We are seeking a contract of three (3) years. This agreement will be from October 30, 2024, through October 30, 2027. We will consider execution of a contract with two (2) – 1 year extension options based on performance.

Proposals will be accepted starting at 1:00 pm on September 24, 2024, through 4:00 pm on October 22, 2024 via https://www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g.  The RFP can be found under the title “ACDA RFP 2024-01 Janitorial Services.” Proposals may also be delivered to ACDA at 245 West 5th Avenue, Suite #122 on or before the above closing date.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walk-thru will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 10:00 am. Please report to the ACDA main offices located at 245 W. 5th Ave. #122. Anchorage, AK. Parking will be provided at the 5th & B Garage, 420 B Street, Anchorage, AK, accessible via B Street, between 4th & 5th Avenue.
