New Parking Software Offers a Better Customer Experience

Beginning October 1, 2023, EasyPark will transition to a new service provider called IPS Group (IPS), a leading Smart Parking digital payments solutions provider. The parking software will offer an easy setup and user interface, a payment management system, a useful customer portal, and automatic payment options.

All active permit holders will need to register for a new account if they are purchasing, paying, or appealing. Customers will be able to create a new account by visiting EasyPark’s website on October 1, 2023.

“We are confident this new parking software will offer a more pleasant experience for residents and visitors alike,” shares Customer Relations Manager, Ketmany Sourivong.

Key features of the new IPS software system:

• Paperless Monthly Permit – Lot and street monthly permit parking will no longer have to display a paper permit.

• Online Portal – Real-time access to pay and/or review the status of an account with an easy-to-use website that offers more self-management options.

• Property Managers or Large Companies – Will have the ability to better manage their accounts and update vehicle and permit data in real-time.

• Secured and Automatic Payments for Monthly Permits – No longer the need to call or come to the office to renew.
