Holiday Event Parking - November 29-30, 2019

The holidays are upon us and Black Friday, the Annual Tree Lighting in Townsquare, Small Business Saturday, and holiday performances at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts makes it the busiest parking days for EasyPark!

Due to the large volume of traffic that will be going thru the EasyPark parking garages, we will be conducting event parking during the following days and hours:

• November 29th (Friday)

• 5th Avenue Garage: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• JCPenney Garage: 5:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• 6th/7th Avenue Garages: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• November 30th (Saturday)

• 5th Avenue Garage: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• JCPenney Garage: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• 6th/7th Avenue Garages: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

A $5 event parking charge will be accepted at the entry of the parking garages noted above during November 29th and 30th. Extra staff and security will be at the entrances and exits assisting customers at the event parking garages.

If you have a monthly garage permit, you will be able to use your permit during the event parking days. Please be sure to swipe your card coming into the garage and exiting the garage. Due to the large volume of traffic and parkers, we would recommend that you plan on coming early if you need to work that day.

As a reminder, once your vehicle is parked, please be sure to lock your vehicle and store all items out of sight (store items in the trunk of your car). If you are operating a business in Anchorage, please also remind your customers to place their newly purchased items in their trunk too.
