2024 Garage & Lot Rates

New parking rates for EasyPark’s garages and lots have been established by the Anchorage Community Development Authority’s Board of Directors.

“Adjusting our rates for inflation due to the rising cost of operations for the parking garages was necessary despite cost reductions and increasing efficiencies within all departments, said Mike Robbins, Executive Director for ACDA and EasyPark.

“Rising security, janitorial, maintenance, and snow removal costs have increased substantially. “The ACDA Board of Directors recognizes that clean, safe, and well-maintained parking garages are vital for the agency,” said Robbins.

The ACDA Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2024 rate increase, and the Board will annually review rates to ensure that operational and economic needs are being met.

New parking rates for the garages and parking lots will be effective February 1, 2024.
